Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a friendly reception but lacks proper room amenities like sound insulation and a functioning window. The central AC is turned off in winter, limiting ventilation. Despite the drawbacks, the location offers a great view of the sea near Ortakoy in Istanbul.
The hotel's rooms were comparatively small but good. There was no parking available, and on the day of our departure, the room was so dirty at 5. Service was a mix of terrible and rude attitudes, with the exception of a young guy working with luggage who stood out for his friendliness. Location was very good, close to Taxim and the tram line in Kabatas. Dining was decent but lacking compared to other options, although the collection, especially the Honey, was very enjoyable. Facilities offered were satisfactory.
The hotel is located at the top of an exceptionally steep hill close to Taksim and Kabatas, making it a bit challenging to reach. The cozy and clean rooms were relatively small but had everything we needed, especially the reliable WiFi. The staff was always kind and accommodating, catering to my requests for late dinner, water, directions, and taxis. The dining experience was quite ok, with budget options near Istiklal street, although there are better choices for the same price closer to the market area.
